Q: If I delete my account can it be recovered?
A: No. Once an account is deleted it cannot be recovered. Conquest Log™ doesn't archive deleted accounts, so be sure you want all your sexual history deleted.
Q: Why can I only have two images per conquest?
A: A basic Conquest Log™ account allows two images per conquest. If you would like additional images per conquest, consider upgrading to a premium account.
Q: Why are there no boxes for last name and phone number on the conquest forms?
A: You should stay anonymous, and so should your conquests. We encourage all users to avoid using identifiable information when creating your Conquest Log™ entries due to their sensitive nature.
Q: After creating my account, what settings can be updated?
A: You can reset your password, update your sexual preference, update the email address on record, and permanently delete your account.
Q: If I update my sexual preference, will my logged conquests be deleted?
A: No. Your conquests will not be removed, so you can change it as often as you need and they will remain.
Q: What if I don't have access to the email address on file for my account and I need to reset my password?
A: You're SOL, so handle with care.
Q: I need my password reset. What do I do?
A: You can have your password reset by visiting the Reset Password page. You will need the username and email address on record for your account.
